Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Shipping on Refunded returns is at the cost of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
• Items bought on sale or with a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
• Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used.
• Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrived damaged, we’re sorry! Please:

• Take a photo of the damage.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact details page
• Do not dispose of the damaged item until we’ve had a chance to assist you.

Received Incorrect Item

If you received the wrong item(s), we’re here to assist you!

• You can return the incorrect item(s) free of charge, and we will cover the shipping costs.
• Please submit your return via contact us, and we will promptly send you the correct item(s)

Faulty Item

If you’ve received a faulty item, please:

• Take a photo of the fault.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery via contact us.
• Do not dispose of the faulty item until we've had a chance to review.

Am I eligible for free return shipping?

EV Beauty & Wellness do not cover costs on all return types. Return shipping for change of mind and ordered incorrect item(s) is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If my Change of Mind return isn't received in resalable condition, what happens?

If we receive your return and it isn't in the condition outlined in our returns policy, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address - we’ll contact you straight away to let you know.
